Meet Jake

This is Jake! He is a 20 month old border collie mix, he is neutered and up to date on shots. He is very happy and gets along great with all of his foster dog siblings and he even gets along with the cat. Jake loves kids and is very patient with puppies crawling all over him. He is just an all around great family dog. He is very bright and was a favorite of ours at the shelter and we had to bring him into our rescue. He is heatworm positive but our vet recommends the slow kill method and we expect a full recovery if he is kept on Heartgard, which is relatively inexpensive.
