The adoption fee is $150 and includes vet exam, all vaccinations plus rabies, deworming, negative heartworm test, and spay/neuter surgery. Our dogs are also
started on heartworm preventative and flea treatment. ADOPTIONS ONLY TO PEOPLE LIVING IN NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA AND SURROUNDING AREA.

Hope was dumped into a vacant fenced lot and rescued by a neighbor. And then brought to PAL. Hope is active, alert, and friendly. Shy at first meeting, she warms up with just a little bit of effort. She is a sweetie and deserves a much brighter future.
