Meet Darcy

Meet Darcy!
Darcy is a sweet bundle of four-legged love. She gives the best hugs and will keep her head nuzzled on your shoulder for as long as you can stand it. Her eyes will melt your heart.
Darcy is learning a lot of good manners in foster care. She knows sit like a champ and will sit on command at the door before going in and out. She also does pretty well with "lie down", stay, and will wait until her food dish has been placed down before eating. Darcy LOVES to go for walks, so much that she can get a little over excited when it's time to put her harness and leash on and has a tendency to pull on the leash. In just a couple of days though, with the help of a harness, Darcy's leash manners have improved night and day and with a little consistent positive reinforcement, will have no issue at all. She is a fast learner and eager to please.
Darcy loves her toys, especially her Kong when it's filled with kibble and frozen peanut butter. Car rides are also a favorite pastime - She will hop right in and take her seat as your co-pilot.
Darcy is house trained and enjoys lounging in her crate. Though Darcy has lived successfully with dogs, she would probably be happiest in a home where she gets to be a spoiled only pet.
This dog has so much love to give and is just waiting for her family to come take her home. All she needs is some patience and TLC and she will work her way into your heart and your home in almost no time.
