Meet Dillard - Rescued! LH
Dillard has the look of an old sage, as if he knows all the wisdom of the world. He is a very cooperative dog, walking well on the leash and following where you want to go. He came in with his buddy Toby and they are both too thin so are getting extra meals. Dillard is probably at least 5 years old and one very sweet boy.
He has his nose to the ground when we walk him but shows no interest in taking off for a hunt. He has been good around the other dogs and is mostly indifferent to them, somewhat independent. Dillard asks for the occasional ear scratching and loves a lap to lean against for attention. He will be available for adoption December 19th.
