Meet Mr. Peabody!
 
 
Mr. Peabody is a 2 year old chi mix. He is neutered, current on vaccines, wormed, heartworm neg/on prevention, on flea/tick prevention, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $175.
Mr. Peabody lived a horrible life before being rescued by SIAR. He was caged in a filthy barn with lots of other dogs and animals. He had never been to a vet, was covered in fleas, and malnourished. He was deprived of the affection and attention he deserves. Those days are behind him and he is now being showered with love in foster care. He trusts his people a little more each day. He likes to size himself up to other small dogs and growl but that's as far as it goes. He socializes with up to 8 other dogs at a time. Mr. Peabody likes to be held and loved on and would be ok with mature, gentle kids. And yes, one ear is always up! He is a bit of a "door darter" and would do best in a home with a fenced yard.
