Rusty - ADOPTED!! Dachshund & Corgi Mix Lebanon, OR

Rusty came to us from a local humane society scared to pieces of gates/kennel doors but when you got inside he was great. We all agreed that a kennel environment was not a great place for Rusty so he came to PAN. He's about 7 months old and is listed as a dachshund mix but we don't know what the mix is! Because he's about 20 pounds already, we thinking a corgi/hound type. He's still very skittish and re-learning how to trust people so someone with a lot of patience and no young children will be the best adopter for him. Now that he is in a home, he's crating better, is working on his housetraining, and ready to find his furever home. We think that he's got a medium energy level, being active but willing to couch potato with you too. Rusty is up-to-date on all routine shots, already neutered and micro-chipped. . A higher fully fenced yard is required as he's been getting over into the llama pen at this foster home. His adoption fee is $200. Rusty will be with us at the Albany Petco this Saturday, 12/6 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and at the Corvallis Petco this Sunday, 12/7 from noon to 3 p.m. He'll.be glad you did!
