Meet Coco/adoption pending

Coco is a very sweet and gentle, velvety-soft bunny looking for a new home simply because his owner could no longer keep him. He is a Rex bunny, a breed know for their wonderfully plush coats. He got along great with his previous family's dog and cat. He’d sniff the dog’s nose and hop through her legs. He does not bite and has a charming way of lowering his head when being petted. We think he is about 5 years old and he is neutered. He does not get along with other bunnies, so he will want to be the only bunny in his next home. He loves his fresh greens and enjoys time out of his cage to hop around.

Rabbits are active, gentle pets that are happiest and healthiest when they have a large clean cage, lots of play time out of their cage, and plenty of fresh hay and veggies daily. All of the Medfield Shelter's bunnies are indoor pets and would not do well outside in a hutch.
