This Is Oscar Puppy. A large puppy...but a puppy...nonetheless. A few months back, Oscar, and his mom Opal, and his three brothers, were all in trouble at a high kill shelter. Everyone thought that Oscar was the "lucky one" since he was adopted out locally and got out of the shelter quickly. As it turned out, we brought Oscar's three brothers, and his mom, up to our rescue and they all have WONDERFUL "forever" homes now. Oscar did not wind up to be the lucky one after all. He was returned to the shelter, through no fault of his own. His adopted mother and father had become overwhelmed with their newest responsibility, a VERY premature baby, who was born at only 2 lbs. We were asked to please help find Oscar a new family! He is a friendly boy who is quite playful. Oscar is now about 6-7 months old and he weighs about 40 lbs. Did I mention he is very handsome? Oscar would probably get along fine in a home with a submissive male dog or a female dog. But, he does tend to have disagreements with dominant male dogs. Oscar is already neutered, he is current on vaccinations and he is available for adoption NOW. His adoption fee is $275.00. Our wonderful Oscar has FINALLY found his "forever" home!! He has been adopted and he will be spending the "happily-ever-after" part of his life in Mountaintop, PA!!
