Maci Vizsla & Dachshund Mix Waxhaw, NC

Meet Maci a beautiful Vizsla/Dachshund mix born around July 20th 2014. She was brought into a local shelter as a stray and was endanger of being euthanized due to an eye injury. Her eye is healing and it is too early to say how much vision she will gain in that eye but it doesn't seem to stop her from enjoying life! Maci is a wonderfully sweet and happy girl who loves her tummy rubs! She runs and plays outside without barking and is beginning to learn "fetch". Inside, Maci loves to help you with your indoor activities and then cuddle up with you for some extra loving time! She is doing great with her crate training and even at her young age, is catching on to house training. She is smart and loves to learn, especially when treats are involved. She has already learned "sit" and to come when called. She has also begun to learn to walk on a leash. Maci loves to go for car rides as well. She is going to be someone's special "forever" baby. She currently weighs 11lbs and will weigh around 40lbs full grown. Her adoption donation is $250 and includes her current vaccines, spay and microchip.
