ZOOMY Shih Tzu & Poodle Mix Santa Monica, CA

ZOOMY AND YONNY ARE A PAIR AND MUST GO TOGETHER.

MEET ZOOMY....and he earned his name! He loves to zoom here, there and everywhere! This precious, 19 lb, 1 yr old (DOB 10/10/2013), grizzle colored, ShiPoo (we know the mother was a Shih Tzu and the father was a Poodle) got the majority of the Poodle genes...while his brother, Yonny, was the opposite! Zoomy and Yonny (see posting) were among an "accidental litter" and what can happen when you "plan" for puppies. Family wants them until they are no longer puppies, and then they don't want them anymore. Such was the case with these angels (who do not necessarily have to go together). Neither was in great shape, as you can see by the picture below of Zoomy....but they both have wonderful temperaments and are learning where the bathroom is!!

Zoomy should definitely have kids in his life, as he is super friendly....and sweet....and active! Did i say, ACTIVE!! At least Zoomy is! Kids over 8 yrs old requested and welcomed. Definitely another dog for Zoom to play with -- he and Yonny are very attached. Loves toys, loves kisses, loves belly rubs....just love being happy dogs. Zoomy will bark at another dog on the street and will need training on this. Otherwise....
besides manners, this boy and his brother are waiting to zoom into your life!!

Lhasa Happy Homes will be now holding our adoption events most every Sunday at ROVER KENNELS on Main Street in Santa Monica (check calendar http://www.lhasahappyhomes.org/HLM_Custom_Calendar.aspx for special events and directions). Rover is located at 2116 Main Street, in Santa Monica, CA. Here you will have an opportunity to interact with the dogs and see which might be a perfect fit with your household. Main Street is famous for its innovative shops and is close to the beach! Make a day of it!! Metered parking on the street and free parking on 4th and Bicknell Streets!

Here you will have an opportunity to interact with the dogs and see which might be a perfect fit with your household....and do some fantastic shopping at the same time! Please do call us if you are coming to see a particular dog to make sure he/she will be at adoptions (we do not bring sick dogs to our adoption events). Please bring a copy of your application and pictures of your home and yard if we have not done a home check! Most importantly, if you have a dog, make sure you bring him or her to do a compatibility match with the dog you are interested in adopting!
