I can't take credit for this one. A volunteer wrote it on his profile picture at STAF - Why yes, Herbie is a lovebug!

Herbie found his way to STAF via a local shelter. Before that wonderful day when he came to STAF his history was unknown. That's ok. We like to help our dogs with the future. We don't like to have them dwell in the past.

Herbie is very much enjoying all the attention coming his way. Being nine months old he is seeing a whole new side of the world. He is handling all of his new adventures very well.

Herbie's estimated birth date is November 2013. Right now he's 30 pounds. He may gain a few more pounds, but not much more.

All of our animals are spayed/neutered and current on shots.
You must complete an application at the shelter prior to meeting any of our animals. (Sorry--our application is not available on-line or via email.)
We do not do same-day adoptions; we ask that you return for a follow-up visit before taking an animal home.
We require a fenced yard (sorry--no invisible fences) for homes with children under age 13.
We do request vet and personal references.
At this time, we are only able to consider applicants within 150 miles of Cincinnati.
