Poor little Pedro ended up in a rural SC high-kill shelter. This little guy was found as a stray wandering around all by himself. He is a handsome guy who is really very sweet. Pedro gets along with people, cats, and other dogs. Since he had been living outdoors, he has been working on his house manners, leash walking, and basic obedience.
He needs to find a person or family to give him a wonderful new life Can you give him a loving home? He will repay you with warm snuggles, daily companionship, and by loving you with his whole heart. Please apply to adopt Pedro today.
The adoption fee for this dog is $300, which helps with the cost of routine vet care and microchip. This fee INCLUDES spay/neuter. Some animals cost more than others to rescue, so our adult animal adoption fees range from $275-$350. The adoption fee imposed for each animal is based on: fees paid to the shelter, vetting costs, transport costs, and boarding costs.
Be sure to ask us about getting a free 30-minute phone consult with a professional dog trainer within the first 30 days of adopting - just for HT adopters. Start your new dog out on the right foot with this valuable, expert advice and guidance FREE!

You can save animals like this one by becoming a foster! Fosters are like way stations between high kill shelters and forever homes. We need fosters so that we can save dogs before they are euthanized at the shelters. If you are interested in becoming a foster, please check out information about fostering on our website at http://www.homewardtrails.org/foster-a-pet/pet-foster-forms/.
