Meet Clifford
Meet Clifford! He was brought to our animal control as a stray. No one ever claimed him so he was put up for adoption. He's a super sweet guy and was adopted. When getting his vetting he was found to be heartworm positive. Clifford was returned to the shelter because the owner couldn't afford the 1000.00 treatment. We stepped in to help and placed him in our foster program. Clifford has been fully vetted. Due to kidney issues we have gone the slow kill method for treatment. He is eating special food to help his kidneys and is on heartworm prevention. He will need a home financially able to continue giving him the medical care and special food he needs.
