Meet Ginger

Wiggle! Wiggle! Bounce! Bounce! My name is Ginger! I think that is a great name, because my coat is a bit of a ginger color! I am two years old and I am a husky mix. You are probably wondering why I am at the shelter with me being so pretty and all. Well my family was moving and they dropped me off here. Hmmmmm…..I don’t really get it, do you? I was happy to move with them, but that was not happening. The great folks here have given me all of my vaccinations, I have a microchip, and I was spayed. I did have one little problem. My family did not give me my heartworm preventative and when they tested me for heartworms, they found that I was positive. But guess what? The great folks here found a donor who paid for my treatment. Now I am free of heartworms and healthy and happy! I am ready to meet my new family. Could that be your family? I sure hope so. Well whoever it is…..I love you already and I can’t wait to meet you!
