"Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free...Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me.." Lady Liberty here must have heard that Pets Without Parents would provide her the refuge she'd been longing for. She needed to escape an unknown, but obviously unkind past. We aren't sure how far she journeyed to wind up on our shore. One morning staff arrived to find Lady Liberty trying to break INTO the shelter's front door. (The third picture is her upon arrival). After a vet visit, a good meal, and a good bath Liberty slept. She could finally rest. Pets Without Parents have helped Liberty heal and find her beauty again! It's now hard to catch her without a big smile on her face! But PWP is only one step of her journey and she finally ready to move on to a new world... with you! Give this girl the shelter she deserves, a home where she is free of stress, hunger, and illness untreated.

Adoption fee of $160. Lady Liberty is currently being treated for her skin issue, she will be spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, and is negative for heartworm.

Note: Due to her condition upon arrival, Liberty has not been tested with cats or dogs. She is friendly with people of all ages!
