Sweet! Loving! Kid friendly!

Hello!! My name is Lucy! I'm a very sweet and loving girl. I'm a calm and very happy dog!! I wasn't always happy, my previous owner was evicted causing us to live in his car. At the time I had small puppies and he had to sell my puppies early to buy food. Unfortunately I went to the shelter not much later when the money was gone. I wasn't there long because I got rescued by H3R! I was very sad and not very playful in the beginning, all I wanted to do was be near someone and not be alone. After lots of love, affection I have come out of my shell. I was really skinny so my foster mom made sure I ate plenty and put a lot of hard work into my recovery as I was covered in fleas and ticks too. That's all in the past now because I'm happy and playful. I get along with other dogs and cats too!! I'm still pretty quiet as I don't bark much at all. I love everyone and want to be next to everybody and be loved on!! I need a home that will give me lots of love and nurturing!! I enjoy other dogs company but if I were an only dog I would love that more. I'm more of a people dog than a dog's dog. I'm house trained, kennel trained, healthy, vaccinated, micro-chipped and spayed!
