Meet Duddly
This sweet dog ran all winter and couldn't seem to be caught. At times he had ice balls hanging of his fur. Several tried to rescue him and couldn't. Finally he gave up and walked into an animal lovers kennel. She called us and we took him immediately to our groomer who made him look adorable. Under that mop of hair is this good looking boy. He was vetted and that's when we found he had a microchip and his real name is Jasper. His owner wants nothing to do with this sweet boy and wouldn't try to help get him heartworm treatment when asked to help with that. She was contacted multiple times without the decency of returning a call about him when she found out he would have to have treatment. He is neutered, microchipped, and be uptd on all shots and preventions.
