I just do not understand why some places do not allow cats! That is why I am at the SPCA. My guardian recently moved to an apartment where cats are not permitted. So after 9 years with my guardian, I find myself in need of a new family. I hope my friendly and loving demeanor will offset any reluctance about adopting an adult cat. I am a large cat but I do my exercises and I work hard to keep myself fit and healthy (although I could probably stand to lose a few pounds). My guardian said that I do not like other cats and sometimes I am not fond of children. I have always been an indoor cat, I like to be brushed, sometimes I am shy around strangers and loud noises scare me! Please visit and ask to meet me, my name is Stewy!

No appointment is necessary to come in and meet/adopt an animal unless noted differently above. You may also fill out an Application when you get here. We do same day adoptions. Please note, we do NOT hold animals, nor do we accept deposits in advance. Even if you have discussed coming in to meet an animal or have an approved Application with us this does not necessarily guarantee you will get that particular puppy or dog. All Cats and Kittens are spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated (age appropriate) and come with a free 7 day Veterinarian check from a participating Vet!

Our hours are Monday-Saturday 10am-4pm and Sunday's 1pm-4pm. Fees are as follows: A kitten 1 year and under is $150, 2 Kittens are $225, Adult cats over 1 year are $75 and Lonely Hearts Club Members/Seniors are $55.
