Meet Sassy

Sassy is a senior cat with a cataract in one eye. She likes being petted and scratched, and sitting in your lap for short periods; but her mood changes suddenly. She is very jealous of other cats vying for attention. Sassy really needs to find a mature family whose home she can quietly share for the rest of her days; probably 5-8 years. She does not shed a lot; normal petting (and a grooming mitt in Spring and Fall) is all you'll need.

All animals for adoption have passed a number of health tests; are spayed/neutered, up to date on their shots, and microchipped. We are an all-volunteer organization funded completely by donations, and ask for an adoption donation of $125-$150 for each cat to help offset the medical costs for the next one we bring in. Ownership costs per year for a cat average $700.
