Shadow Bouvier des Flandres Lake Odessa, MI

Sir Ghost Night Shadow, came to Mackenzie's as an owner surrender. His D.O.B. is 4/11/09. He is a pure breed neutered male Bouvier. Shadow would do great with a family that has Bouvier experience. He would be best as an only child, but would be okay living with a smaller female Bouvier as well. He would be best with a smaller female that would not get in his face to much. "No Cats" would be best as well, as it's just too much temptation for him to chase it! He has a very strong prey drive, and will pull while walking by squirrels and rabbits. Shadow needs a calm assertive pack leader that could guide with a loving heart, as he needs structure but is a big softy inside!!! He does not like to be groomed, but is getting used to it. He has very sensitive feet, so going slow, and letting him know you before you attempt to grab his feet would be a good idea. He can be a very loving and loyal companion to the right owner.
