Meet Birdi
To adopt, go to www.txferretrescue.org, click on APPLICATION, complete, click again for it to go to our coordinator. response is usually a half day. You will need a paper copy of the approval with you to visit.
Birdie is another little guy that has quit a history. He originally came from Animal Control where he had run away from home and wasn't claimed. We almost lost him due to his pining away but he recovered and was adopted out to a lovely family. Unfortunately, the wife wasn't on board for this adoption, got bad at the kids, and brought the ferrets back within 2 weeks. It wasn't his fault. He is a very actively little boy and will try to get along with everyone but occasionally someone gets on his nerves and he finishes the fight. But he will dance and play his little heart out and keep you so entertained. You just have to learn he is lying when he says it wasn't his fault.
His adoption fee is $75
ALL ferrets are microchipped, shots up to date, vet checked for problems with teeth, tumors, heart and treated for ear mites and fleas before leaving. We accept cash, money orders, pre approved checks, and Paypal We do sell new and used cages, foods, litters and lots of play goodies for the ferrets.
