Meet Puddles
Hello, my name is Puddles. I am houstrained, have passed basic obedience, am very quiet and am told I would make the perfect dog for just about any lifestyle.
I am a little guy with some major deformities in my legs/joints, most people think I am still a puppy when they see me because of this (but it could also be because
I am so happy and wiggly!). If you ever saw playing with other dogs or walking with my foster family, you wouldn’t know that I have any physical disabilities at all,
but I do get stiff in cold weather and this will likely worsen with age. Swimming, glucosamine and basic at-home physio helps me immensely. Don’t feel bad about
my legs, I am having a great time doing what I love - running, learning, cuddling, napping, playing, lazing in the sun...ok, I really just love everything and everyone. I
adjust easily to new situations but some treats along the way are very appreciated. I love to explore so a fenced in yard would be ideal for me, as well as someone
willing to continue to work on leash manners with me. I am looking for someone to adopt me outside on Ontario, I promise to spend the rest of my life repaying
you with so much love.
Sit With Me Rescue is a foster based rescue who helps dogs in need from local shelters. All our dogs are adopted out spay/neutered, microchipped and have core vaccinations. Our adoption process involves an application, phone call and home visit prior to placement and may take a few days to a few weeks depending on availability of volunteers. We always do a trial adoption period and are committed to our dogs for their lifetime. If you would like to apply please email adopt@sitwithme.ca
