Meet Birdie
BIRDIE IS CURRENTLY IN FOSTER CARE
Meetings by appointment only.
Age ~ 1 year
Size: Medium
6/9: Please watch the video of Birdie playing in the kiddie pool! She is just loving the water!
If there is one dog who needs you, it's Birdie. She has received the best care and attention that ROAR can give, and now it's time for someone else to take the leash. Birdie needs to know what a REAL home is like. A home with a dinner table to sniff and a family to savor. One with beds to jump on and a doormat to scratch her back. This goofy girl will give you companionship and loyalty. And kisses, definitely lots of kisses.
Birdie is sociable with both dogs and cats. She would do best in a quieter home, or one with older children.
We are looking for a home with prior dog experience to adopt Birdie.
Birdie is up-to-date on routine vaccinations, is spayed and micro-chipped.
Adoption fee is $250.
**For more information regarding ROARs adoption policies and procedures, please visit our website at roar-ridgefield.org and select the adopt tab on the home page. ROAR does not accept online applications. All applications must be filled out at the shelter.
“Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.”
