Macaroon is a small, male young poodle mix who came to us from a puppy mill. He is a love bug when he is in your lap and entertains himself when he is on the floor as he often plays with doggie toys all by himself. He is crate trained and doesn't pull when walked on a leash. He is mostly deaf and is learning hand signals. He understands commands of come, go, sit, down, no and good boy. Because of his hearing loss, he prefers to be where he can see his owner at all times and will walk between legs to make sure his person is still nearby. He also startles easily so is best with children 12 and older and needs a fenced in yard. He is agile and "floats" up and down off of furniture and beds so would be a great agility dog.

Animal Placement Bureau's standard adoption fee is $220. Our adoption process includes an application, personal and vet reference checks, and a home visit.
