Meet Harper

HARPER - Border Collie mix, male, 2 years, 33 lbs. Harper is adjusting very well in his foster home. He is a happy and cuddly boy with plenty of kisses to give. Harper walks nicely on the leash, likes to ride in the car and gets along well with the other dogs in his foster home. He appears to be fully housebroken and has been good in a crate when used. Harper is mature enough not to be destructive in the house and has shown great manners and a very sweet disposition. Harper will be neutered at Peppertree's expense as soon as a minor skin condition clears up.
