Sneakers is one of the friendliest, sweetest big guys you'll ever have the pleasure of meeting! He loves nothing more than hanging out with you, usually draped over some part of your body. He is a kitten trapped in a cat's body- he plays like crazy, then crashes for a nap. He also plays fetch with hair bands or rubber bands, sometimes leaving them right in a row when he's done.


Sneaks is 7 years old and is fostered in San Francisco. He would be fine living as your only kitty. He is de-clawed on his front paws. If interested in meeting Sneaks please submit the adoption application.



Wonder Cat Rescue is not a shelter, but a team of caring foster homes and volunteers who open our own homes to needy cats until permanent placement can be found. By adopting a cat from Wonder Cat Rescue, you're making a commitment to provide love, care, and medical treatment for the life of the cat, which can be up to 20 years or more. Adopting a cat is a serious decision, but a very rewarding one!


We make every effort to make the best possible match when placing our cats/kittens with new families. Once you submit an application you will be contacted if the particular cat/kitten you are interested in is a good match for you. Many times kittens have several interested parties and you will be contacted if/when a meeting is appropriate. Each adoptive homes is screened carefully, and a lot of support is given to make sure the adoption is a success.


When cats have a 'pending' banner, it means we are no longer accepting applications, and he/she will be placed in their forever home soon. Sorry we do not ship under any circumstances. The required adoption donation is $125.00. This includes the following veterinary services unless otherwise stated in the adoption contract: vet exam, spay/neuter, FeLV/FIV testing, indoor-cat vaccinations, flea treatment, anti-parasite medications and microchip. The value of the care averages $400.00 per healthy animal, and does not include food and other direct care supplies. A large portion of our animals also receive medical services above and beyond this amount.
