Unique Pit Bull Terrier Mix Evergreen, CO

Unique is a 10mo Pit Bull X. She was abandoned by her owner in a field in a small rural town. She ran free for about 2wks, with the neighbors feeding her, until Animal Control finally caught her. When she first came to the shelter, she was so very scared and coward at everything. Now, she loves everyone and is really blossoming and showing her personality.   Unique is clearly beautiful. She is in fact, Unique. She is a pale blue brindle color. She is also shorter and stockier with a big bully head:) She is just about as cute as they make them. She does great with people and is super friendly. She loves to do headstands right in your lap and every spot gets her back leg going.   She also does great with other dogs. She was happy to meet the little terriers and poodles and just rolled on her back and pawed at them. When she met the big great dane, she submissively rolled because he was just so big and scary! She met a cat through her kennel and smelled him and wagged her tail. She was super curious, but more in a "what are you" kind of way not a "I want to eat you" kind of way. So if done slowly, she may be able to live with cats.   Unique is lovable, cute, sweet, playful, and all of those good things. She loves to run and play and have a good time as well as snuggle in your lap. She would love a yard to play in and friends to hang out with. She is a shelter favorite and if you meet her you will see why. She is just a wonderful pup.
