Benj here! I am a fun-loving boy of 3 years, awaiting my forever home! I love to go on adventures and do new things. I also enjoy spending time with people, and as you can see from my picture, I am quite a social boy! I would do best in a home without cats or kittens. I would also need a high fence (over 4 feet) if I were to be outside. I am a sweet boy who is ready for life and a new adventure. I know we will be great friends for a long time! I'm listed as special needs because years ago my jaw was broken and was never reset properly so I need to eat can food or softened hard food or else I tend to bite my tongue. But that's all pretty minor when everything else about me is wonderful!

Adoption fees range from $45-$200 depending on species, breed and age. Special promotions happen throughout the year which may discount the adoption fee for certain pets.

Spaying or Neutering prior to going home
At least one set of vaccinations, depending on amount of time animal is in the shelter
At least one deworming, depending on amount of time animal is in the shelter
Heartworm testing and prevention for all dogs 6 months of age and up
An AVID microchip
Training Your Adopted Dog DVD (housebreaking, crate training and basic obedience) with all dog adoptions
Hugs and kisses from the lucky animal you take home!
