After Jan 1, all sponsored dogs' adoption fees will be HALF OFF.

Spanky is a 7 yr old lab/rottie mix (hey he does have brown legs!) who was surrendered because his owners could no longer afford his care. He is a playful dog, only one yet who actually fetched my boomerang! LOL He is a little nervous at pound and can be a bit of a talker. He does know sit, shake and speak and loves treats. — at Lucas County Dog Warden.

All dogs that haven't been previously fixed will be spayed or neutered before going home. Dogs receive rabies, initial DHLPP & bordetella vaccinations, are tested for heartworm, and wormed. They have been temperament tested and also microchipped.
Adoption fee is $100, plus adopters must purchase a Lucas County dog license for $25.

We add new adoptable dogs on a regular basis, so stop by during regular hours and see who's there.
