Fancy~ADOPTED! Pit Bull Terrier Mix Bettendorf, IA

Hi there!  My name is Fancy.  I am a Boxer/Pit Bull mix and I am about 2 years old. I was found as a stray dog in southern Illinois.  K9 Kindness took me in because I was on the list of dogs that were to be " Put to Sleep"....  They saved me and another dog, because this is all they had room for.... my other shelter friends were not so lucky.  

 

Now that you know some of my sad back ground, I can say that I am a very happy gal, I love to go for walks, play, and my favorite thing in the world is making you happy!  I love to cuddle and play with toys.  I LOVE cats and get along well with other dogs of all sizes.  I have been in my foster home for 7 months now.  I love to lay right by your side at night.  I will protect you and cherish you.   My foster family said that I am ONE SMART COOKIE!  I know how to sit and shake too.  My foster brother is a big deaf Boxer, and it is my job to go get him and bring him in the house when we are outside playing.  My foster parents try to make me look fancier than I really am.  I love to wrestle, get dirty and can play with any size dog, or cat!  My favorite cat game is "Tickle my belly!"  LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to tickle me some Kitten Belly!  Just ask Kitty Dior (the foster cat)!

 

So.... my foster parents would like you to know, that I do not have to be in a home with other pets.  I would be MORE than happy being an only pet (just because I like to have all of the attention).  I am eager to learn, although I will jump on you when I am super-duper overly excited.  I am afraid of water bottles, my "bad girl punishment" is a squirt bottle.  But in all.... they said that I would make a family complete!  They said that they will miss me when I go to my forever home, but there is another dog waiting to be saved too.  So, if you adopt me, you are saving not one, but many lives too!
