Meet Penelope

Penelope is a basset hound mix who is about a year old. She is an extremely adorable pup. She has a blue eye and the other is brown. Penelope is a lap dog, and loves to sit on your lap like a kid. Penelope also gets along with dogs, kids, not sure about cats. She was found in the Richmond Hill area, and was brought into our shelter. She is definitely a great catch and a cute little howler, but that is the basset in her.
