Dakota was found as a stray and seems to be about 6-8 years old. He's came in very thin and right now only weighs 59lbs but he has extra skin like he might have once been very large and lost a lot of weight. No one is really sure how long he was on his own but the people that reported him had seen him wandering the neighborhood for more than a week.

Dakota is a little timid around strange people but he will walk with you on a leash and take treats and after a little time spent with him he will gradually start to push against your legs and want to be petted and paid attention to.
