Meet Bella

Bella is an 8 month old Sharpei-Beagle diagnosed with Megaesophagus which means she has little to no motility in her esophagus. She needs to be fed more frequently (3x/day) with pureed canned food, fed in an upright position.She even has a special chair made for her. She sits upright for 30 minutes to let gravity bring the food to her stomach. Bella is such a happy go lucky puppy, active and playful with people and other dogs and is completely house trained. She sleeps throughout the night in her crate and is truly a joy. We feel that with a devoted person to give her the appropriate care she needs, she will have a great life. When you meet her, you never know anything is wrong with her. Bella is currently in foster care.
