My name is Sahara and I am hoping to get a forever home soon!  I have been waiting and waiting and everyone loves me but I can be fussy about who I share my space with and that makes me a little harder to get adopted.  You see I LOVE people but am not too fond of other cats or dogs.  I adore attention from humans and love treats and playing but also love a good snooze and just hanging with my person or people.  I'm low maintenance and would be great for either a working person or stay-at-home/retired type.  My sister was adopted into an only cat home several months ago and is doing great.  I sure would like to have my chance to show you just how grateful I can be!  Please consider me :)  The rest of my story is here: Sahara and Sedona, two beautiful female kitties, were surrendered when their family had a child that became allergic. It's been sad for everyone but Sahara and Sedona are hoping they have another chance to make someone very happy very soon and they have a forever home! They can be adopted separately as they don't seem to be that attached to each other. Sahara and Sedona were originally rescued by a very kind man who found them sitting all alone in an industrial park when they were about 4 weeks old. He scooped them up and brought them to PurringPals where they were fostered and soon adopted. Sahara and Sedona are very sweet, affectionate, playful and cuddly purr machines. They were born on approximately 10/5/08, spayed, tested negative for FIV/Leuk, current on their shots and are clean and healthy.
