He is neutered and up to date with shots. JOEY was put into rescue as he was kept in a garage 24/7. JOEY would do best with one other dog or as an only dog. PLEASE open your heart and soul to this beautiful little Peke who LOVES ADULT PEOPLE! adoption fee $400.
