Meet Adopted! Savannah
Untitled Document
SAVANNAH: She's a petite little gal. We estimate she is not an adult yet so she still has some growing to do. While she may be a bit shy she really loves affection. Like any young cat, she enjoys playing with toys and feathers. I caught her off guard today and sort of snatched her up (June 16) when she wasn't paying attention. I wouldn't suggest this with most shy cats, but she relaxed just as soon as I started scratching under her chin. I walked around with Savannah in my arms for about 15 minutes. She was very content and made no attempt to get down. She purred up a storm and rested her head on my shoulder. When I finally sat her down, she looked up into my face then head butted my hand. She clearly still wanted more affection. I know she will make a good companion for someone who will take the time to get to know her and earn her trust. Of course food is another great way to her heart. Savannah is the type of cat who will really bond with her family. Come say hello to this sweet little cat... bring a yummy treat and some chin-scratching fingers. Savannah is sure to make you smile.
