Meet TG-Maverick
Pictures updated 1/18/13. We received notice on 1/3/13 that Tux, now named Maverick, needed to come back to find a new home due to changes in circumstances with his family moving. He was adopted 3/18/11 as an exchange for a previously adopted dog that kept digging out under the fence, and returned 1/18/13. He loves to play catch and keep away with his toys, and is good around other dogs and children. He is like a shadow with whoever is with him, and when I put my hand down, there he is because he is tall and large like a Golden Retriever. He does very well on a leash, and is fine as the only dog as long as he gets constant attention, but likes another dog to play with, and will need a fenced yard. He will dig holes to go after moles. He is crate trained, so he may do well in a house. The few times he was let inside at his former home, he did very well. The speckles on his White fur could be a Setter breed. He is also discovering that he likes to get into the water pools we have here.
Tux and his sister, Mazie, were dumped at a neighbor's house 3/4/11. We asked another neighbor to foster the puppies temporarily. The puppies were very sweet and playful.
D.O.B.: ? December 29, 2010
