In loving Memory of Brutus

My Dog, My Friend, My Family member, My heart ...and the reason Majesty Rottweiler Rescue was started.



Brutus touched so many lives and has done so much more for me than I could ever have done for him, I truly love him with every beat of my heart.

Thank you for the many messages I have received from so many wonderful people whose lives Brutus has touched. Thank you to a number of my Adopters who have written such sweet messages thanking Brutus for their sweet baby’s because without Brutus Majesty would never have been. Our hearts rejoice for having met and loved you but are truly broken because of our loss.



Brutus was such a wonderful, sweet regal and very majestic boy, he was a true representative of what a Rottweiler should be, friendly to all but a bit stand offish and you certainly had to earn his friendship but gosh when you did, you knew you had something so very special that is not found every day. On January 27, 2009 Brutus lost his battle with cancer, our hearts are truly broken.



I want to thank Krissie of Mountain Rottweiler Rescue who is my dear Friend and is the person responsible for Brutus remaining alive and finding his way to me. Krissie fought to keep Brutus from the shelter and sure death. Brutus had some food and resource guarding issues when he first came to me, if he had he gone into the shelter which is where he was headed the very minute we got him from his previous owner, I am 100% certain I would not have had this wonderful Dog in my life, they would have euthanized him that very day. I can never thank Krissie enough for what she did and for bringing Brutus into our lives. Thank you Krissie from the bottom of my heart.




Fly with the Angels my beloved Brutus, until we meet again, you will be truly missed.

Brutus,is a 2 year old male Rottweiler. Brutus was living in Staten Island NY with a couple for two years, until they had a two legged Baby. After having this Guy since he was a small puppy, having a private trainer for him and treating him as their Baby, they decided to get rid of him, "just in case, he may do something to the new Baby". Brutus was living outside for the last 9 months of his stay with them.



Krissie heard about him and frantically posted his sad story every place she could think of. She found Terry with the help of a special person in Texas, and the next day Brutus went to live in his Forever Happy Home.



Brutus is the reason Majesty became a Rescue. Brutus has been around MANY small Children, and is wonderful with them. Rottweilers are wonderful Dogs and should be given the same chance as any other Dog!!
