Meet Tucker
Intake date: 06/15/2012 Adoption Fee: $90
Type: Dog Breed: Cattle Dog/Labrador Retriever
Pattern: Bicolor/spotted Color: Red & white
Gender: Neutered Male Date of birth: 04/03/2010
Weight: 60 lbs. Location: Benton-Franklin Humane Society
Description: This is Tucker's fourth stay at our shelter. He was brought to us for the first time as an eight-week old pup with his litter. Two years have passed since then, and our staff has gotten to know quite a lot about Tucker: that he's loving, energetic and loyal, and also that he is timid towards new people and places - unsurprisingly, given his unstable life history. Tucker's last owner was a terrific man who we know would have loved Tucker for a lifetime, had he had the chance. We know now that that can't happen, and that Tucker needs a new forever home with an owner who's prepared for a lifelong commitment to this loveable canine companion. He's lived with older kids and absolutely loves dogs, but we're unsure how he behaves around cats.
All dogs are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and eligible for a complimentary general physical examination at a local veterinary clinic post-adoption.
