Britney first came to STAF four years ago after being found as a stray. Back then our notes say that two words could describe her - love bucket. Britney was soon adopted but since then things have changed in the home and Britney has found her way back to STAF.

Since being back we've underlined and bold printed the "love bucket" as described above. Britney very quickly adapted to life back at STAF and she is enjoying all of the positive energy that she gets from volunteers. She loves the attention and she very much enjoys being the center of our world, even if it's just for the ten seconds where we stop by to say hi to her.

Britney is house trained, but not wild about being in a crate. Which is ok as she's at a nice age where she doesn't destroy everything in a home. She's fine in a fenced in area. She had lived in harmony with three cats. Britney still has a lot of energy and she loves to play. She knows sit, speak and lie down. She loves people and is not shy when meeting new people.

All of our animals are spayed/neutered and current on shots.
You must complete an application at the shelter prior to meeting any of our animals. (Sorry--our application is not available on-line or via email.)
We do not do same-day adoptions; we ask that you return for a follow-up visit before taking an animal home.
We require a fenced yard (sorry--no invisible fences) for homes with children under age 13.
We do request vet and personal references.
At this time, we are only able to consider applicants within 150 miles of Cincinnati.
