Zico Domestic Short Hair Palmyra, VA

You’d think that after being in an adoptive home since November of 2007 my life would be very secure. I won’t argue whose fault it was, but I just could not get along with my person’s other cat. So back to the sanctuary I came, where initially I was a bit of a sissy boy. After a short period of adjustment I am coexisting with the other cats in my room, although there are some that I don’t enjoy having impinge on my space. I’m once again the outgoing and sociable fellow that I was during my first stay at CFC. No visitor can leave our room without being graced with my friendly greeting and sweet demands for some petting and attention. My previous eye condition has long been corrected thanks to the many efforts of my sanctuary people, but it did leave me with a somewhat quizzical, Dr. Spock like expression. Live long and prosper!

Physical Characteristics: DSH Gray and White Male. Zico has an eye issue where the lashes were irritating his eyes and the lashes had to be removed. It gives him a distinguished look.

History: Zico had been adopted in November of 2007 but was returned because he could no longer get along with their other cat. He was originally a stray that a family found but they could not keep because they could not afford the eye treatment that he needed.
