Very passionate and active and loves food. Apo is very quite when around children and is very alert around strangers. Although we don't know how Apo acts with cats, she is very playful with other dogs.

Rescue Story of A-Po



Several college students took a trip to a small town located in the middle of Taiwan in September 2009. While they were riding bikes in the mountain area, they saw a dog killed in a car accident, and two other dogs, one adult and one puppy, trembling as they stood next to the body. These dogs looked very skinny; no food could be found in the area. These students were concerned about the safety of the dogs, so they decided to take the dogs away from that dangerous area.



The two dogs were diagnosed with health issues. The students asked for donations in school in order to pay for the medical bills. The adult, Bacon, and the puppy, Apo, have since then completely recovered and have received all required vaccinations. They are both ready for adoption.



It is hard to find a home for mixed dogs in Taiwan. All they are longing for is a loving family and they will love you so much more in return.
