Meet Albany

Albany, a sweet and rather shy round tiger cat, came to Whiskers after she was rescued from a home where the owner had too many kitties to care for them properly. Albany loves petting, and is very fond of treats, which may be part of the reason for her lovely "Rubenesque" figure. She is a very vocal girl, who will roll around and meow for petting, but will need a family who will understand that this shy cat only needs love to truly blossom. Albany will need some patience, but will be well worth the effort; she is so very loving. She can be picked up, although it's not her favorite thing, but with lots of petting (and treats!), she will continue to come along. There is not a mean bone in this kitty's body; she just needs someone to love her. Albany was born in 10/03, and would be fine with other cats.
