Meet Jordy (Local)

In the early 1900's President Teddy Roosevelt used a Catahoula Leopard Dog as his hunting companion, and sweet Jordy's posture sometimes seems to indicate he's aware of his noble lineage. A lovable and very affectionate 5-year old Catahoula Leopard Dog / Pit Bull Terrier mix, Jordy has all the best hallmarks of both breeds. Incredibly intelligent, loyal and obedient, Jordy is potty trained, knows all the basic obedience commands, and has even been trained on the invisible fence. His exceptionally handsome markings are just the icing on the cake. He's a bit shy at first, but his soulful eyes are windows to his true, loving nature. Jordy loves to play with other dogs, but he’d be just as happy being the solo family pup.

The PAWS training affiliates have worked with him extensively and can provide more information about his temperament and personality.
