Snoopy Doberman Pinscher & Chocolate Labrador Retriever Mix Albuquerque, NM

Snoopy is a 4-5 yr old female Doberman/Choc Lab mix. She was rescued from the city shelter where she came in as a stray. When she arrived, she had conjunctivitis in both eyes and looked so sad. She was treated and has recovered from this condition -- but she stlll has the saddest eyes you've ever seen!


Snoopy has the markings of a red/rust Doberman, but the body build of a labrador retriever, including webbed feet. She has a laid back personality but is instantly ready to play when you bring out a tennis ball or squeaky toy!


Snoopy is in foster care in Albuquerque, NM and shares her temporary home with the resident 11 yr old feamle Doberman, 9 yr old female Blue Heeler mix,a nd several box turtles. She gets along great with everyone, including the turtles! Snoopy learned how to use the doggie door after being shown how it works just once. She is housebroken and crate trained. She has shown an affinity for counter-surfing...hence the crate training.


Snoopy would be a wonderful addition to any household, whether it be a first time dog owner family with grade school aged kids or older, a single or couple, or a retired individual seeking a loyal companion. Because Snoopy can be a bit exuberant at times, children younger than 6-8 years run the risk of being knocked over when she gets the zoomies.


Snoopy has been spayed, is up to date on vaccinations and is microchipped. She will be heartworm tested in the coming week.
