Leo Catahoula Leopard Dog & Yellow Labrador Retriever Mix Houston, TX

Hello out there! My name is Leo and I’m a male Catahoula Leopard Dog/ Yellow Labrador Retriever mix! I’m only around ten months old and full grown at about 40 pounds. Did you see my cool brown spots? I’m such an unusual and flashy looking dog! My coat is mostly yellow, but I have brown spots on my body and one of my ears is mostly brown, too! I also have very striking green eyes and I usually have a big grin on my face, but I was a little camera shy on picture day!

I’m very smart and already know how to sit (well sort-of, I’m still easily distracted, but can you blame me?). I was at BARC, the Houston City Pound, for quite a while (almost two whole months!) with nothing to look at but four tiny walls! Now I’m out and about and loving every minute of it! I like to play and I’m working on my basic obedience training. If you just want a running partner or a buddy, I’m the guy! I like other dogs, want to be loved by people, and am just an all around good old fellow who wants to please!
