Our Mission
The City of Palacios Animal Care Services strives to provide our community with the best care possible for the animals. We also believe that EDUCATION is key when it comes to providing for and caring for animals. Our Animal Control Officer is well rounded in animal care from shelter medicine to emergency medicine for the fur-babies in our care. The goal is for the animals to spend as little time in our care as possible and to reunite, transfer, and adopt out the bundles of joy as fast and effectively as possible
Adoption Policy
We have a very simple process of match and adopt. We try to make sure you are getting an animal that fits the environment to which you describe in the survey we provide and then do meet and greets both on and off site to make sure each animal is a great fit.
