Our goal is to trap/neuter/return (TNR) feral and free roaming cats in Scranton
and adopt out friendlies.
We host EPAA which is a Low Cost Spay/Neuter organization.

We do a background check or work reference, verify if you own your home or speak to your landlord, and a vet reference if you have one.
