Our Mission
HEART stands for Help Every Animal Restore Trust. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit, all volunteer, charitable animal rescue organization. HEART rescues death row dogs and rehabilitates them into loving family pets. We are a foster base animal rescue group. Our organization runs entirely on donations and volunteered time.
