Our Adoption Process
It is our goal to find permanent loving homes for our rescued parrots. More than likely they have already had a rough start in life. During the time they stay with us we get to know them very well. We only adopt out parrots if we know they are suitable for a home. Aside from any medical issues, much time is spent on training and enrichment. During our adoption processes the parrot will choose you--you do not choose the parrot! Trust me, everyone is happier that way.
Right now we will do local adoptions only. We may consider prospective adopters who are willing to drive to our facility and meet the bird(s). It is important to us that before adopting, the bird is somewhat comfortable with you, and you are comfortable with them. We do not drive to meet potential
